    Vibration Test   |   click here for more Tests

  • Purpose - To measure the ability to sustain high frequency mechancial vibration.

  • Criteria - Change in glass material, sealing method, or any major modification.

  • Testing Procedures

    Step 1 - Ensure no gas leakage phenomenon for the test sample.
    Step 2 - Amplitude: 1mm, 20-60 Hz/ 20 min. and 6g, 60-200 Hz/ 20 min. in direction X, Y respectively for 2 hours.
    Step 3 - Inspection for gas leakage and appearance.

  • Acceptance Criteria

    1. No gas leakage phenomenon.
    2. Tube is not broken, or damaged.
