Technology
 
One tungsten-nickel electrode is sealed with the lamp at one end while the other electrode is in the form of an electroductive silver spray strip deposited along the lamp surface. By applying 12 volt D.C., sweeping light appears.

A mixture of gases is used to generate ultra-violet light to substitute mercury, which being a must in neon sign manufacturing, thus making our neon environmentally friendly.

The structure of plural neon tubes is to place one thinner diameter neon lamp into a bigger one, each of which carries a different color. By igniting both tubes, we have come up with the third color.
